Malwa Central College of Education for Women, is an Institution which is run by Khalsa Dewan, Ludhina. Khalsa Dewan is an institution of educationists, a social reformers, a religious leaders, and social workers. The Management of the College is always dedicated to work in the light of the ideas and philosophy of the Khalsa Dewan. The impact of the management body visible in the Vision and Mission of all the institutions run by the society.

To achieve this Malwa has Number of Social Service and Community Linkage organ i.e. National Service Scheme Unit, Rotaract Club, Youth Red Cross Unit,Red Ribbon Club, and Glodas etc.
