Malwa Central College of Education for Women, Ludhiana, formerly known as Malwa Training College, Ludhiana, was established by the Khalsa Dewan, Ludhiana. Khalsa Dewan institutions are now managed by independent managing committees and are patronized by the Khalsa Dewan, Ludhiana, which is a prominent educational organization in this region of the state of Punjab and is represented by legislators, M.Ps., business magnates, industrialists, educationalists and devoted humanitarians. These people have nurtured and given shape to the Dewan for nearly one century. The following members represent the present management committee of the college:
